What we collect When you sign in with Discord we store your Discord ID, username, avatar URL and email address.
When you apply for whitelist we store the answers you give us, which include your real first name and your age. When you play, we store gameplay data linked to your account: characters, playtime, and moderation records.
Why we collect it To run the whitelist, to give you the right roles, to handle support and moderation, and to show you your own data on this site. Nothing else.
Your first name is used so staff can talk to you like a person rather than a username. It is visible only to staff who review applications and handle tickets — never to other players, and never shown publicly on this site. We do not ask for your surname.
Who we share it with Nobody. We do not sell data and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics that identify you.
Payments are processed by Tebex, who act as merchant of record and hold your payment details. We never see your card information.
