Refund Policy

Digital goods Everything sold in our store is a digital benefit delivered immediately to your account. Once delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.

When we will refund - The item was never delivered and we cannot deliver it - You were charged more than once for the same purchase - The item was materially different from its description

Open a support ticket with your transaction ID and we will look into it.

Chargebacks Raising a chargeback rather than contacting us results in a permanent ban from the server and from the store. Tebex also applies its own restrictions across every server using their platform. Please just open a ticket — we would far rather sort it out.

Bans and purchases Purchases are not refunded if you are banned for breaking the rules. Buying something does not buy leniency, and it never has.
