The rulebook

Short, plain, and enforced the same way for everyone. Not knowing a rule has never been a defence — but we've tried hard to make sure you never need that excuse.

01

General server rules

These apply everywhere — in game, in Discord, and on this website.

Treat people with respect

G1

Bigotry, harassment, threats and slurs get you removed permanently. Your character can be unpleasant; you cannot.

No cheating

G2

Modded clients, injectors, macros for gameplay advantage, and exploiting bugs are all instant permanent bans. Found a bug? Report it and you keep your account.

One account per person

G3

Alt accounts used to dodge punishment extend the original punishment.

Do not advertise

G4

No recruiting for other servers in game, in Discord, or by DM.

Staff decisions are final in the moment

G5

Argue it in a ticket afterwards, not in the middle of a scene. Appeals exist for a reason.

02

Roleplay rules

Stay in character

RP1

Once you are connected you are your character. Out-of-character chatter belongs in Discord or /ooc where permitted.

Value your life

RP2

Your character fears death, injury and prison. Behave like someone who wants to survive the scene.

New life rule

RP3

If your character is downed and respawns, they lose all memory of the events leading to their death. No returning to the scene, no revenge, no naming those involved.

No random deathmatch (RDM)

RP4

Violence needs roleplay behind it. Shooting someone with no interaction or motive is RDM.

No vehicle deathmatch (VDM)

RP5

Cars are not weapons unless the roleplay genuinely leads there.

No metagaming

RP6

Information your character did not learn in character does not exist. Streams, Discord calls and player lists are not sources your character can use.

No powergaming

RP7

Do not force outcomes on other players, and do not roleplay abilities your character could not have.

Fear roleplay applies to everyone

RP8

A gun pointed at you at close range means compliance, not a quick-draw contest.

No combat logging

RP9

Disconnecting to escape a scene is treated as if the worst outcome happened, plus a punishment.

Criminal activity needs limits

RP10

Group robberies have participant caps, cooldowns and hostage requirements — see the Help Centre for current numbers.

03

Community & Discord rules

Keep channels on topic

C1

Use the channel that fits. Support goes in tickets, not general chat.

No drama in public channels

C2

Disputes between players go to a ticket. Public call-out posts are removed.

Clips must be honest

C3

Posting edited clips to misrepresent another player is treated as harassment.

Act your age, whatever it is

C4

We do not set an age limit — we judge the application, not the birthday. What we do enforce is maturity: if you cannot hold a scene, take a decision, or talk to staff without it becoming a problem, you will not last here regardless of how old you are.

04

Staff rules

Published openly so you know what to hold us to.

No handling cases you are involved in

S1

Staff pass any report involving themselves, their friends or their gang to another staff member.

Admin tools are for admin work

S2

No using staff powers to benefit a character. This is a removal offence.

Every action is logged

S3

Punishments, edits and overrides are recorded in the admin panel with the staff member attached.

Explain the decision

S4

Every punishment cites the rule broken and the evidence used.

Consequences

What happens next.

Punishments escalate within a rolling 90-day window. Every one is logged with the rule broken, the evidence used, and the staff member who issued it. Every one can be appealed.

Tier 1 — Minor

Verbal warning, then a logged warning on repeat.

Breaking character briefly · Channel misuse · Minor rule confusion

Tier 2 — Moderate

Logged warning, then 1–3 day ban on repeat.

RDM / VDM · Failing to value life · Powergaming

Tier 3 — Serious

3–14 day ban.

Metagaming · Combat logging · Repeat Tier 2 within 30 days

Tier 4 — Severe

Permanent ban. Appeal permitted after 90 days for some cases.

Cheating · Exploiting · Harassment or bigotry · Ban evasion
